What are my delivery options? 

Postage Costs: P&P is free over £70, £2 for orders of £3.50 and under, £5.95 standard 4-7 days, and £18.95 for up to 3 items posted internationally.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Items bought for click and collect can be collected from our Kingston Park stadium club shop during opening hours. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

Saturday 10-4pm

Match Days as advertised.

How do I get a refund / exchange? 

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can inform us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We will refund the full amount paid for the returned items, and standard postage, however you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange the size of your item provided that we receive the original item back within 28 days of purchase.  Please include details of the new size required with your return. You are responsible for postal costs, any differences in price are non-refundable.

Please note:

Garments that have been personalised with a number or a name cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Items that are being returned must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in a resalable condition with the original packaging.

Season Ticket Holders
